Rather, it is a non-technical skill that has to be trained and internalized over a long period of time. The resulting adaptation of the mindset ultimately leads to cultural change.
How to get there? The initial spark is the Training of Human Factors: We start with the error culture, experience the need to pay attention to each other and gain insights into how our behavior works. With time and in-depth knowledge, our view of people and our actions changes. This increases our confidence to act in harmony with the environment. The goal is long-term, sustainable change.
