Once introduced as “cockpit resource management”, awareness-raising and training in the area of error potential has now found its way into crews in various industries. Whether on the bridge of a ship, in management teams, in the energy sector or in medicine: with the aim of minimizing risk, the training of non-technical skills is relevant far beyond aviation.
