According to the fourth railway package, the
Directive (EU) 2016/798 and Regulation (EU) 2018/762
for railway undertakings and infrastructure managers, the introduction of human and organizational factors (HOF) into the safety management system (SMS) becomes mandatory for railway operators.
We have been supporting various railway companies since 2022 in the development and subsequent implementation of the associated concepts, in the selection of the intended work areas and the associated target group personnel, as well as the training of
